With a background in food engineering and many years of service and experience in the food industry, Gülnara has developed deep expertise in flavor and experience design.

As a professional aromatist and flavor specialist, she not only analyzes flavors technically but also carefully shapes their sensory effects, cultural associations, and psychological imprints. Her approach is based on a delicate balance where science meets intuition and technical knowledge intertwines with sensory subtlety.
